Gloves are the one piece of motorcycle equipment that is most often required to be changed. Why is that? Contact with the bike’s handlebar is constant and can be quite intense. Pressure from holding the grips, movement, sweat, and exposure to the elements all contribute to wear. This leads to the need to replace them, from time to time. Check your gloves regularly, before riding, to ensure they are in a good condition to offer suitable protection in the event of a fall.
Don’t forget to take proper care of your gloves. Make sure they have been treated with a proper impregnation product, before wearing for the first time, keep them clean, and stored dry, after use. Follow the correct care regime for the specific glove material: CARE AND CLEANING.
