A technically sophisticated jacket for the people who love excellence! When developing the design, we made use of almost 30 years experience of our customers and knowledge coming from the co-operation with The University of West Bohemia in Pilsen that is involved in the project Safe Clothing on Two Wheels. We defined three parameters THERMAL COMFORT, MINIMIZING THE RISK OF INJURY and CUT FOR HIGH-SPEED DRIVING. The thermal comfort is achieved by an ingenious aeration and used materials which work in three independent layers, so-called ITS system (INDEPENDENT THREE-LAYERED SOLUTION). Hereby, the sufficient aeration is ensured by hot days which prevail within the active motorcycle season in our climatic conditions. For the case of cold, a part of the jacket is an inner separate wind-firm and rain-resistant sweatshirt. Two outer pockets are designed as 100% waterproof. Here the put things will certainly remain dry. The total protection against the rain is ensured by an upper rain coat. In order to minimize the risk of injury we came from the risk areas measurement (BODY AREAS BY RISK CATEGORIES). The surfaces which are burdened with a risk grade 1 and 2 are covered with high scuff-resistant material such as Kevlar or Super Fabric. The shoulders, elbows, back are protected by a combination of PSi® three-layer sandwich protectors and 3D foam Sas-Tec®. The passive safety of the driver is enhanced with a new patented system SCILIF SUNFIBRE that is a laterally flashing light guide enlightened with high performance LED that is powered by a battery-controlled microprocessor. The third requirement during the design development of the jacket was the comfort for high-speed driving when other textile clothing makes unwanted vibrations while exceeding the speed of 160 km/h. After the aerodynamic measurement we chose the most suitable combination of upper materials regulating the air circulation. All draw bands which caused a caving-in we replaced with a special tightening system that is regulated from the outside.
