Product Description

Leather trousers that effortlessly combine style, comfort and safety, meeting these demands through a combination of leather, and stretch Kevlar elements. Added comfort for those warmer days is provided through adjustable ventilation on the thighs. The wearer is protected by high quality cow-hide, with substantial reinforcement on vulnerable areas of a double layer combined with Kevlar, sourced from the Swiss provider Schoeller.® Protectors are placed to fit within the design whilst not inhibiting user comfort The most up to date materials and technical solutions have been utilised in this product. Comfort is ensured thanks to an optimal cut featuring a high anatomical seat whilst stretch Kevlar on the bag of the leg, and crotch allow for ease of movement on the bike. Soft leg cuffs ensure a comfortable interface with the wearers footwear and stops the trouser from uncomfortable bunching up inside the boot. The Bora trouser is ideally suited to sports tour riding, delivering style and the reassurance of safety! Custom sizing available!

PROTECTORS

External knee protector: PSI® DEAS - Double Energy Absorption System – impact energy absorption systems, inner knee protector also providing connection to the motorcycle.
Internal protectors: knee, shin: Sas-Tec® SC-1/32 Level 1 viscoelastic foam, position adjustable with secure Velcro fixing. Removable.
Hip: Sas-Tec® SC-1/74 Level 2, removable.
Seat and hip reinforcement.
Safety seams.
Prepared for use with knee sliders.

COMFORT

Sport touring cut
2x adjustable, zipped ventilation pockets on the thigh for comfortable warm weather use.
Stretch panels in the crotch and back of the leg.
Elasticated material over the knee for ease of movement.
Raised waist, backed with 3d profiled mesh.
Waist band material for comfortable wear.
Adjustable tabs for regulating waist size.
Soft 3D Mesh leg cuffs - for comfort inside footwear, stops material bunching inside the boot.
2x reflective strips by the ventilation pockets.
Full length zip for attaching to jacket.
45 cm zip on elasticated panel compatible with jackets: Destra, Sepang, Delta, Corte, Martynas, and Marche
Rubberised section, with silicone, at the waist to keep the trouser in place.

MATERIAL

Outer layer: 1,2 - 1,4 mm thick Solid cow hide- sourced from long established, specialist Italian tannery.
Schoeller® stretch Kevlar.
Lining: perforated lightweight polyester.

Did you know?

We produced our first integrated airbag race suit in 2016 for racer Ondrej Jezek, which was soon followed by our cooperation with Karel Abraham from MotoGP. Thanks to having our own production plant, right here in the Czech Republic, we are able to continuously participate in the ongoing development of airbag systems, and their implementation into motorcycle clothing for both on-track and off-road use.
