During my years (1994 – 1999) in the World Superbike and Grand Prix World championship I didn't realize that I was privileged to wear the very best racing suits that the well-known and renowned leather manufacturers could supply. In 2011 when I left from World Championships and started Motovudu I once again needed a leather suit company as a partner in my project and to my delight one of the biggest leather manufacturers in the world agreed. That's how I first came to understand that now I was retired from racing I could no longer expect the same quality, protection and service I was accustomed to. I was not happy. For example, I knew from experience that hips can take a painful pounding on curb's and my new non official racer suit had very little protection in the areas I knew were vulnerable. No problem I thought, I'll request the modifications. No reply. When the following year my new suit arrived and it was exactly the same as the first one, without requested changes. I made my mind up then and there to find a manufacturer that will supply me (a non racer) the same highest quality suit as the officially sponsored racers get. I want it to be made in the same factory by the same people from the same materials. PSI is that manufacturer! The suits are excellent 'official racer' quality products and PSI do whatever I need. Their colour and design possibilities are endless and they even repair and modify if you require, which is not usual in these times of mostly 'mass produced on foreign shore's'. I visited PSI and saw the hi tech computerized lazer cutter's trimming the best quality leather fixed in place on air vacuum tables.

The best part is that I am not getting some kind of special treatment, its the very same service they offer all their customers.
